Is there any way to give yourself a home enema without store-bought equipment?

Yeah.
Just wondering.
Spiffy, do not attempt to give yourself an enema unless you have the proper equipment. You run the risk of doing serious damage to yourself. An enema bag or bulb is available at any drug store in disposable or reusable containers for about 79 cents to 12 dollars.
