Is Sodium biphosphate and sodium phosphate Enema bad for you?

this is my first time trying it?

Why don't you just use a plain warm water enema instead?

    No but most people do not use enemas because it can cause your bowels to become dependent on them and not work properly. If you are having constipation problems, there are pills that will help you stay regular, increasing your daily fluid intake and fresh fruits and vegetables (both raw and cooked) with make you more regular and the stools softer and you won't have any problems with constipation.

    Yes. Some doctors have given the fleet phosphate to their patients prior to a colonoscopy and it has caused deaths. I cannot remember why but stay away from the phosphate ones. Try a google and see if it is on there.
