Is it OK to use a vinegar and water douche for an enema?

It is all I have and I am really constipated and feel too uncomfortable to go to the store.
OK thank you, I am sure it is safe enough. I will let you know if it stings.
I forgot to say that the douche was disposable and purchased from the store. It had a mild tingle but was not uncomfortable and did the job well. I felt much better.
Yes. It should be 3 parts water 1 part vinegar. That should be mild enough for your body to handle.

Yes it is. I use it all of time or use unsweetened Coffee.

the enema has its solution i believe it s normal saline not vinegar

No. Your rectum is a sensitive organ - vinegar is highly acidic and you may well end up with a worse problem than constipation if you douche with it.
If you are so constipated that you feel unable to go to the store for laxatives, I'd recommend you should pay your doctor a visit instead - constipation should not be this bad.

Patty, you should pour out the contents and fill the bottle with plain warm water. Remember, when you take an enema, allot of what goes in will be absorbed into the blood stream.
