Can I buy an apparatus to administer an enema more effective than what is generally available in U.S?

As an R.N. I find the hot water bottle with short tip inadequate and the plastic bucket used years ago in the hospital expensive and difficult to find. Can I order something from the UK?

What do you mean by "inadequate"? The bag is capacious, the hose is long, and the nozzel that you insert is easy to insert and remains inserted until you remove it.
They are found in any better drug store.

As an RN you should be able to get your hands on the best equipment possible. All the water bottles that I have ever seen with a hose, also come with a douche nozzle, try that, or go to enema supply.com.
