Besides getting an enema, what type of colon cleansing kit should I use?
I'm looking for a kit that not only cleans my insides immensley, but also helps me drop weight.

get some miralax n use 3 doses of it at one time. it works bc I did it just last wk for a colonostipy bc i couldnt take the stuff they gave me

that is no way to lose weight you should see a doctor for colon cleanse or there is spa that do it too

4 TBS of virgin coconut oil before you eat - prior to every meal. as far as a cleanse, get them at GNC or Vitamin World. The one with the sun on the container is one of the best sellers.

Beware of the coveted colon cleansing kit…as it throws your bodys natural equlibrium way off not to mention that the weight that your are dropping is mainly water and it is sure to rear it's ugly head one you start to consume foods and drinks again..sorry kiddo…there is no quick fix…belieive it or not i was at a cancer clinic and i overheard a doctor prescribing a milk and molasses enema…swore by it… i never stuck around to find out the results but if your that desperate to try a over the counter remedy then im sure an under the counter country kitchen remedy might be right up your alley

I wouldn't use any of them. The main ingredients that get you "going" are psillium seed (which you can get a lot cheaper in Metamucil) and senna, which is very harsh on your system. I personally can't take senna because of the cramping, so maybe I'm prejudiced against it. I'm still not convinced that aggressive "cleansing" is healthful or necessary.
Why not take a fiber laxative twice a day for awhile, and maybe some aloe vera juice. That will get your system moving more regularly without cramping, diarrhea, etc.
