well i was reading all the comments and was really interested in actually trying it my mom said she did it because it was actually recommended to her by her liver specialist and she did it 3 days and lost 5lbs with that and did not gain it back. she recommended that i tryed it and i went running around the whole day looking the necessary things i think if you easily want to loose a few pounds this is good i will keep you posted im going to try it tommorrow mornning fasting

This is the best solution you can ever want for mild or bad acne……I guarrantee this will clear your face good…..Most people need to understand that acne is mainly from toxins in the colon getting realeased out the pores forming acne……….Another solution for this is eat dried prunes or drink prune juice and this will also help
