The best I could find was the link below. If you go to that site it has a contact page and you can ask for local practitioners.

I had a CT scan last week and the lady technologist said the enema tip might “massage my prostate, causing me to have an erection.” When she put in the rectal contrast she then had me cough and felt my testicles at the same time to see if there was a hernia. Is this common practice?

I'm looking for a kit that not only cleans my insides immensley, but also helps me drop weight.
None- Colon-cleansing is a psuedo-science scam that hucksters have been using to fleece people since the 1800's. Try renting "The Road to Wellville" or checking out this web site from quackwatch.org:

What if you fill enema with beer or wine, will it get you drunk?
Actually, ha ha, don't ask how I know this, but if you give yourself an alcoholic enema, you WILL get drunk. And faster than usual. It absorbs faster, or something.

I'm considering it myself but would like to know if it really does work or if it is just hype
Here is a medical view. Colonic irrigation grew up, almost of necessity in the Edwardian era. This was because the affluent Edwardians spurned vegetables an indigestible and lived mainly on a diet of meat and sugar. This resulted in the fad for enemas to deal with the chronic constipation that this diet caused.
Anyone eating a well balanced diet with adequate fibre empties the contents of the bowel within 24 hours, thus making a mockery of the whole detox theme.
If your diet is poor and you do not open your bowel easily at least once a day this is the problem to address.

I was just watching a programe on detox for different ailments.
Part of the programme involved a coffee enema. Anybody know more about this?
I have never done it personally but worked briefly with a detox specialist who advocated it. I talked with a number of her clients and they all had very positive experiences.

I've been told that it makes you feel so much better and they can tell you alot about you digestive system, its not uncomfortable but has a weird sensationat first when they pump water around your stomach. Everyone that I have spokne to has lost a bit of weight from it too and its brilliant if you suffer from bloating or digestive discomfort x
